In LA Times' review of the season finale of Grey's, the author was complimentary towards Jessica's performance (along with Sara's), which I wholeheartedly agree with. Lovely to see when people take notice of her talent:

"I was thrilled to see Callie and Arizona reconcile. I've made no secret of the fact that I think Sara Ramirez and Jessica Capshaw are the strongest actresses on the show, and their interactions make for some of the most emotional scenes, and some of the most funny."
