Callie is showing some character growth and addressing the issue like an adult. Yay Callie. And way unusual for a GA character...surely there should be hysterics and ill thought break-up or affair.

Am wondering if they intertwine the story with the Owen/Teddy Iraq storyline...maybe address the dead brother issue. Just wishful thinking on my part.

Jessica was lovely as usual, she's a very good interviewee...wouldn't be suprised if she becomes one of the main GA actors who end up on the talk shows. Except that awful pink rubbish sack she was wearing. Loved the colour but ugh, so not flattering. Even the scrubs and white coat on GA give her more shape than that dress did.

I know.. I'm impressed that she actually wanted to have a conversation with AZ.

When Jessica said that she was making eyes with Alex... I was totally reminded of that scene on the plane on the way to fetch the organs.

I'm glad those ladies actually let her talk. I was expecting them to keep interrupting her.

I personally think she ROCKED that pillow case dress she was wearing. I mean, isn't it obvious that she spilled something on her other outfit and had to improvise by going all Project Runway on a pillowcase, just so she didn't come out naked.

Hehe.. she's not trying to hide a baby bump, is she?

That interview was so cute. i kinda hated how Barbara interrupted her a few times.. not letting her finish what she was trying to say. i think she looked beautiful but maybe she is pregnant? i mean did anyone else see the tweet Shonda wrote a few weeks back???

Which tweet, Jazz? Are you referring to the "Baby Palooza" one? She tweeted that the same day Eric Dane's wife gave birth, so it's hard to say.

i'm not saying she is, but if jessica were to be pregnant, maybe shonda would actually work that into the storyline and make arizona pregnant, as callie seems to really want a baby........just an idea though i know shonda said she didn't want babies on the show....

again this speculation that jessica would ever be pregnant, i personally just think it was the dress style

Hard to tell without seeing the whole scene, but the way Callie said, "I want to have a baby". That made me sound so...immediate. I hope she just meant she wanted to have children in general and not necessarily right now. 'Cos I think it's too soon.

Just because Shonda doesn't want babies on the show, doesn't mean they can't have a baby. Bailey did. Tuck shows up only rarely.

As soon as she came out I thought she was pregnant. And after seeing that sneak peak my mind totally jumped to her being pregnant being worked into the storyline. I'm won't be too amped if she's pregnant and it's not worked into the storyline 'cause Ellen Pompeo there's no way to hide a pregnant belly (Ellen Pompeo, case in point).

And about the too soon part. Let's think about this... I believe more time has passed than we realize. Just since Invest in Love, roughly 5 months has gone by.

I guess I'd like to see more of their relationship before children come about. I know quite some time has elapsed since when they first got together, but with the couple of seconds per ep, It feels like we haven't seen much of their relationship being developed.

Season 6 alone, we are looking at at least 8-9 months. Ep 1-2 were 40 days. The merger had to have taken a couple months at least to set up. So, it appears that our girls have been together going on a year now. Not necessarily too soon to be talking marriage and kids.

Nono, of course it's time to talk about it. I just don't want to see them having kids just yet. That's just my personal preference.

I totally agree with you! It's like we haven't really experienced that they've been dating for a year... I really don't wanna see the two of them have a baby (at least not yet!). Gosh, we haven't even seen on-screen sexy time and now they're gonna contemplate having a baby??

Oh, and one last thing... Did JCap, Huntlet and Eric Dane all go to Sad Theater Mask Acting School? JCap's Yikes face was the third "STM face" of the season.

Maybe I'm partial, but I think JCap's sad face sure looks a lot more natural than Huntlet and Sloan's. No one's face can look at mask-like as Huntlet's. Maybe it's the folds when he screws up his cheeks.

Can the woman look more beautiful. JCap really did look pregnant when she first walked out. Maybe the writers will write it into the storyline this time. After hiding both Ellen and Chyler behind desk and oversized scrubs when they were pregnant (you could clearly tell) maybe this time they will write it in. Besides it would go with the storyline.
Arizona saying "are you one of those fake lesbians on vacation in lesbianland" was hysterical. I can't wait to see the end of this conversation.

During season 5. Seems like they hid her bump pretty well, if I recall. Then she gave her in early summer and was back at work after a few weeks or something, if memory serves me right.

i love jessica sooooo mush . she's amazing . i think the sneak peek is very nice coz it make me take abreath and i feel good about calzona relationship . they will work it out and i think jessica not pregnant . i hope calzona still together till the end

Anyway, on with the interview. Loved it! Of course. Haha. Loved her hair. She's looking more beautiful! And loved it that she was able to talk so much. Aaaahhhh. And the sneak peak! That made my heart beat faster. It's the conversation! Can't wait for the next episode!

OMG!!!! i totally thought she was pregnant too. if not she should definitely burn that dress (the color was nice on her though) but she did drop the comment "if i had a girl" when talking about potty training her son.
anyway I love JCap in interviews but I hate it when they spend more than half of the interview talking that Kate Capshaw is her mom and Steven Spielberg is her step-dad. WE KNOW! I am sure JCap is very proud to talk about it but she can represent herself now, (they don't ever say anymore that Kate Hudson is Goldie Hawns daughter.) Interviewers need to come up with a new set of questions to ask in interviews.
now that clip was a little annoying becuase they seemed to mumble throughout it, i couldn't understand anything that she or Callie said besides "I want to ahve a baby"

Hey, I totally agree with ya. Y'know am not from USA so I didn't know who Kate Capshaw is and then, after watching every American shows Jcap on I would have known who Kate Capshaw is. They mention this all the time. Sick of being told that fact.

This is what I think!

The clip is cut really REALLY fast after Callie says 'I wanna have a baby', so I think she'll continue saying something like 'but only with you'. Not pressuring but give her time to sort her feelings out about the kids thing. But at the same time try to convince and talk to AZ why they should have a baby. That's what I think!

And I totally think JCap is preggers That would be an awesome twist if AZ and not Callie would carry their child

So happy they showed a clip in this interview I went on ABC.com today to watch the episode and forgot it wasn't airing until next week, so this makes me happy.

I'll have to go back and watch the interview again to look more at the dress and possible baby because I honestly didn't notice anything the first time around haha...I feel like I'm always looking at her legs in jealousy

Anyways...I thought it was a pretty good interview. I agree about the "declaring her parents in every interview thing." She's awesome and has enough stuff going for her that I don't think they really need it...unless she brings it up first.

This is a wonderful site with lively discussions all the way. Personally I adore Sara even more than Jessica but Jess is fantastic too and together they are miraculous .

As to the question of Jess being pregant or not - I think in the interview she actually says "... if I HAVE a girl..." which could easily mean some time in the future but could also mean that she is pregnant now but does not know the sex yet...

However, I actually tend to think she is not pregnant - also because she is still "fairly" new to the show and I wonder if she had signed up for a permanent part, knowing that they were trying to get pregnant again. Unless, of course, Shonda had planned to include a pregnancy into the show all along Just a thought though.

Don't know, just a feeling. I noticed some change after the big break, had the idea she'd become a bit chubby (no offence) and had -you know- this 'glow' (I'm disgusted by myself right now for just using the word, brrr).

That is totally a baby bump! How the dress is so baggy around the chest and totally strained and stretched around the waist. We'll just have to wait and see...

I mean the break between 6.10 en 6.11. I think it was 6.12 where I noticed some change, it was around the same time of Ellen and Lopez. On Ellen she was wearing something that makes everybody look pregnant, but on Lopez I really thought that I saw a (smaller) babybump.

And now I'm not saying anything about it anymore cause if I'm wrong I've been calling her chubby all the time!

and the fangirl in me really hopes jcap isn't pregnant because that might mean less Arizona time (look how little scenes meredith has been getting..i mean, it's natural for anyone to want to spend more time with their baby)

and the sneak peak! such beautiful and expressive eyes! something about that clip makes me feel a little sad...Arizona maybe be bubbly and confident but when it comes to her relationship with Callie she can be pretty vulnerable.

I'm actually enjoying seeing Arizona's vulnerability. We've always known that Callie had insecurities, but we are really only recently seeing Arizona's.
With the jealousy over Mark scratching Callie, wanting to hit Alex with a brick and now with her fears over Callie having a va-va-vacation in Lesbianland, we are seeing a side of Arizona that is starting to explain some of the bizarre comments and actions we've been questioning.

This bring us full circle with the Newborn comment, sort of explains the "are we girlfriends" question that had us all collectively scratching our heads and even AZ lying about chicken pox makes a certain sort of sense now.

It's obvious that we have only scratched the surface of Arizona's character. Shonda's cryptic comment about us not really knowing anything about Arizona is being played out before our eyes. I think that we are going to find that Callie is actually the rock in the relationship, whereas Arizona, despite being an out lesbian for years is actually somewhat of a "Newborn" herself.

I totally agree, except I don't think Arizona is a newborn at all, she just can't let go of the fact that Callie is new to her sexuality. Most people take a while to be 100% sure of their sexuality, and Arizona is constantly scared that Callie isn't as gay as she thinks she is. I'd say chances are that Arizona has dated unsure people many times before, and a good portion of the time they turned out straight. It's natural for her to try to protect herself from that by always considering it a possibility.

What I meant was that I think Arizona is possibly somewhat of a relationship "newborn". As in possibly has only had 1 or 2 serious relationships in the past. Or, perhaps she's never been this invested in a relationship before.

Just wanted to add that AZ's recurring freakouts in 5.22 after Callie bolted on their fancy dinner is another example of her insecurities.
